VERTICAL PACKAGING MACHINES FOR SALT
Dolzan presents the 100% customized solution for corrosive salt.
This packaging machine is suitable to dose and pack salt and magnesium.
The packaging unit is made in stainless steel with a special varnish for enviroments with the presence of corrosive products.
The belts of the conveyors and the linear weighers are made in a innovative material, which lasts three time longer than a traditional one.
The unit includes:
- N°2 Big-bag holding structures
- N°2 feeding systems for two different products
- Dosing sistem with N°2 linear weighers with conveyors
- Special arrangements and covers to protect the packaging unit from the enviroment
- Weight range: up to 25 Kg
The currrent impulse sealing system is suitable for Polyethylene film, as requested by the client. The unit can be equipped with thermosealable sealing system if the packaging material is PP.
The final product inside the bags is a mix of two different products; which came from two separate big-bags. The final product is mixed by the packaging unit, in specific % of each them.
This could be the optimal option if you need to pack different products in the same bags and they are pre-mixed.
